Regional pairings were announced Wednesday for baseball and softball in classes 4A , 3A and 2-1A, and 6A and 5A regional pairings were released on Saturday.
The Cheney, Clearwater and Eisenhower softball teams and the Andale-Garden Plain baseball team all earned No. 1 seeds in their respective regionals. The Clearwater baseball team is seeded second. The Andale-Garden Plain softball is the third seed at Circle, but is in a regional with a heavy favorite. Undefeated Augusta (18-0) is the only team with a winning record. No other team has more than eight wins. Goddard softball is the No. 3 seed at the Great Bend regional.
Cheney will have a first-round bye in its seven-team regional. All other 4A and 3A regionasl have a full bracket of eight teams, and first-round games will begin Monday.
In 6A, the Campus teams are among 12 schools seeded 1-12 and split into three regionals.
In 5A, Goddard and Eisenhower were in eight-team groups broken into two regionals. Eisenhower softball has a first-round bye and will play in a regional championship on Tuesday.

Campus will play in the Westurban regional at 13th Street North and Ridge Road. The No. 4 Colts (12-6) will play at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday against No. 5 Derby (7-11). The winner will take on either No. 3 East (13-6) or No. 10 Garden City (5-15) at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday for the right to go to 6A State.
No. 7 Goddard (6-14) will play No. 3 Andover Central (14-4) at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Andover Central 5A regional. The winner will take on either No. 3 Kapaun-Mount Carmel (12-8) or No. 6 Liberal (9-11) at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday for the championship.
No. 6 Eisenhower (8-11) will play No. 3 Hays (15-5) at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Great Bend 5A regional. The winner will face either No. 2 Great Bend (15-4) or No. 7 Newton (6-12) at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the championship game.
No. 2 Clearwater (13-5) will face No. 7 El Dorado (5-15) at 7 p.m. on Monday. The winner will face either No. 3 Augusta (12-6) or No. 6 Rose Hill (5-13) at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15. The other side of the bracket has No. 1 Mulvane (14-4) vs. No. 8 Wellington (3-13) and No. 4 Circle (11-7) vs. No. 5 Winfield (6-12). The championship game will be at 7 p.m. May 15. All games will be at El Dorado.
No. 1 Andale-Garden Plain (18-1) will face No. 8 Buhler (5-13) at 5:30 p.m. Monday. The winner will face either No. 4Nickerson (7-12) or No. 5 Smoky Valley (5-9) at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 15. The other side of the bracket as No. 2 Trinity Academy (7-9) vs. No. 7 Collegiate (5-10) and No. 3 McPherson (7-11) vs. No. 6 Kingman-Norwich (6-12). The championship game will be at 7 p.m. May 15. All games will be played in McPherson.
Campus has been assigned to the Maize regional. The No. 9 Colts (6-12) will play No. 4 Heights (16-4) at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The winner will face either No. 3 Maize (16-4) or No. 10 South (6-14) at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for the right to go to the Class 6A tournament.
Eisenhower (17-3) is the No. 1 seed in the south-central region and the Tigers have a bye in the first round of the 5A regional they are hosting. That puts Eisenhower in the championship, where they will face the winner No. 4 Maize South (13-5) or No. 5 Hays (12-8). Maize South and Hays will play at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Eisenhower, and the championship game will follow at 5:30 p.m.
No. 3 Goddard (15-3) will play No. 6 Valley Center (11-9) at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Great Bend 5A regional. The winner will take on either No. 2 Great Bend (17-3) or No. 7 Liberal (7-11) at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the championship.
No. 1 Clearwater (15-3) host No. 8 Coffeyville-Field Kindley (0-14) at 4 p.m. Monday as part of the Independence regional. The winner will face either No. 4 Wellington (9-7) or No. 5 Rose Hill (8-10). That game will be played at Clearwater at 5:45 p.m. Monday. The winners will play at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Independence. On the other side of bracket in Independence, No. 2 Independence (12-3) will play No. 7 Winfield (2-14) and No. 3 Mulvane will play No. 6 Labette County (6-12). The championship will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Top-seed Cheney will have an opening-round by in the Hillsboro 3A regional. The Cardinals (17-1) will play at 3 p.m. Tuesday against either No. 4 Chase County (12-4) or No. 5 Hutchinson Trinity (8-6). The other half of the bracket has No. 2 Hillsboro (16-4) vs. No. 7 Halstead (2-15) and No. 3 Haven (11-3) vs. No. 6 Sedgwick (3-12).
No. 3 Andale-Garden Plain (7-11) will face No. 6 Nickerson (2-15) at 3 p.m. Monday at Circle in Towanda. The winner will face either No. 2 Hesston (8-9) or No. 7 Wichita Trinity (2-16) at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday. The other side of the bracket features No. 1 Augusta (18-0) against No. 8 El Dorado (2-16) and No. 4 Circle (7-11) vs. No. 5 Buhler (7-13).
