Times-Sentinel Newspapers, LLC, is a locally-owned community newspaper operation. We currently publish two newspapers and have an online presence on the internet and on social media.
TSnews
Our weekly newspaper serves multiple communities near Wichita in Sedgwick and Sumner Counties. Communities served include Argonia, Cheney, Clearwater, Conway Springs, Garden Plain, Goddard, Haysville and Viola. We are the official newspaper for these cities and for seven school districts: USD 261 Haysville, USD 264 Clearwater, USD 265 Goddard, USD 267 Renwick, USD 268 Cheney, USD 356 Conway Springs and USD 359 Argonia. In addition, we are the official newspaper for Sumner County.
TSnews publishes weekly on Thursday. Our deadline for news and advertising is noon Monday. TSnews was created in the spring of 2020 with the merger of The Times-Sentinel, Haysville Sun-Times and the Conway Springs Star. Historical newspapers that became part of those three newspapers include the Cheney Sentinel, the Clearwater Times, the West Sedgwick County News-Sentinel, the Haysville Times, the Haysville Sun, and the Argonia Argosy.
East Wichita News/WestSide Story
East Wichita News and WestSide Story were Wichita’s original neighborhood newspapers. Although they were combined into a single publication in the spring of 2020, their mission remains the same: to cover the people who make up the heart of the city.
