Ruth Etheridge, 73, of Conway Springs, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023, at Spring View Manor, Conway Springs.

Visitation with family will be 5 to 7 pm, Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Resthaven Mortuary. Graveside service will be held at Conway Springs Cemetery, Conway Springs, at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20.

Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved dog Stormy, her parents, and sister Linda Ingram.

She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie (Dan) Doffing, Carey (Michael) Hartman and Amber (Brian) Hilger, all of Conway Springs; sisters, Donna Bates, Mary Braden and Judy Jones; seven grandchildren, Austin, Jacob and Nevaeh Doffing, Michael Hartman III, and Caitlin Swaney, Lincoln and Weston Hilger; two great-grandchildren, Nathan and Adeline; and many others who chose to call her mom.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Conway Springs Fire Department or Viola Presbyterian Church. Both organizations showed great compassion for our mother.
