Lauren B. (Branson) Johnson, age 72, born on Sept. 14, 1951, in Wichita, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023, in Clearwater.

Visitation will be noon-7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, with family present, 5:30-7 p.m., at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept 26, at Clearwater Cemetery.

Lauren earned her degree from Wichita State University in elementary education. She married John on Aug. 1, 1981.

She was preceded in death by husband, John H. Johnson; parents, Robert E. and Jean (Kufus) Branson; and son-in-law, J. Finney.

Survivors include her children, Brian Johnson of Wichita, Brad (Sundi) Johnson of Anson, and Stephanie Koehler and Christy Finney, both of Clearwater; siblings, Mark Lau (Nina) Branson of Pasadena, Calif., Ted (Rhonda) Branson of Wichita, Ann (Dennis) Tobin of Liberty, Ind., and Sarah Jane Vangemeren of Grand Junction, Colo.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
