Jack L. Cox, 90, retired farmer and Cessna employee, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alford and Opal (Tarter) Cox; his loving wife of more than 50 years, Vera; his granddaughter, Andrea Cox; and his four siblings, Barb Billings, and Dean, Rex and Tommy Cox. Jack is survived by his sons, Steve (Tammy) Cox, Kevin (Darlene) Cox, and Kent (Tori) Cox; his seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and half-sister, Henrietta Hatch.
A recitation of the rosary will be said at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 17, followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m., both at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Mount Vernon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church Building Fund, 4813 NE 150th Ave., Cheney, KS 67025.
