Richard L. Seidl, 72, of Mount Hope, passed away on Aug. 21, 2024.

He was born to Valentine and Marie Seidl on Sept. 10, 1951, in Wichita. Richard had two children, Heather and Samuel. Richard was a graduate of Andale High and was a proud, lifelong resident of Ost. He was a dairy farmer, truck driver and a tree nursery worker. Richard had a very strong work ethic and was a very loving father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Valentine and Marie Seidl.

Richard is survived by daughter, Heather Seidl (Devin Tarrant); son, Samuel (Ashley) Seidl; grandchildren, Gage, Gabriel and Lana; and brothers, Raphael Seidl, Leon Seidl, Kenny (Carmen) Seidl and Virgil Seidl.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said on Monday, Aug. 26, and funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, Aug. 27, both at St. Joseph, Ost.
