Glenda King of Haysville was born July 3, 1929, and she faithfully entered into the arms of her Savior on Nov. 15, 2024. At that time, she was reunited with the love of her life, John King, her parents, and siblings, who all preceded her in death.

Glenda grew up in Zenda until she was 16, when she moved to Canton, S.D. After graduating from high school, she came back to Kansas and worked for Boeing for 42 years as an illustrator.

Glenda is survived by her son, Kevin King (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Tamara Hurley (John) and Jeremy King (Holly); the joys of her life for the past 14 years, her two great-grandchildren, Eythan and Emersyn; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25 with funeral service following at 2 p.m. at Haysville United Methodist Church. Interment at Resthaven will follow.
