Frank W. Charles, age 90, retired facility manager for Bombardier Learjet, member of HOG, and a Shriner, passed away on Monday, Aug. 18, 2025.

Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, with family present 5:30-7 p.m., and funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, both at Webb Shinkle Mortuary, 200 S. Tracy Clearwater.

He was preceded in death by wife, Dorma (Smith) Charles; parents, Frank Charles Jr. and Opal Fowler; son, Walter Scott; and siblings, James Charles, Opal Schreiner, and Mary Edmondson.

He is survived by his children, Frank Charles and Denise Drescher, both of Wichita, and Darren (Denise) Scott of Titusville, Fla.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
