Cody Shane Spencer, born July 10, 1988, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Thursday, May 7, with family present from 5:30-7 p.m., at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary in Clearwater. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 8, at The Clearwater Community Church, 450 N. 4th St., Clearwater.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lois and Alfred Spencer and Leroy Whitford. He is survived by his parents, Brent and Cheryl (Whitford) Spencer; siblings, Tyler (Jordan) Spencer and Dylan (Kelsey) Spencer; nephews, Dawson, Baylor, Tucker, Avery, and Shepherd; nieces, Charli, Dottie, and Jovee, all of Clearwater; and grandmother, Eugenia Whitford of Arkansas City.

In lieu of flowers, consider donating to the Cody Spencer Memorial Fund. All proceeds from “Cody’s Tip Jar” will go to tipping and supporting restaurant and hospitality workers in the area. Cody enjoyed working in the restaurant industry and would always tip more than most when he would go out to eat. We are going to honor his memory by continuing to pay it forward and “tip big” when we can.
