Barbara (Welty) Scoular, age 90, passed away, Friday, Oct. 6, 2023.
Visitation was noon to 7 p.m., with family present from 5:30-7 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Shinkle Mortuary, Haysville. Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, at Haysville United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Margaret Welty, and siblings, Betty Kathryn Lammon and William and Richard Welty. Survivors include her husband, Gene Scoular; children, Diana (Nathan) Schroeder of Altadena, Calif., and Darrell Scoular of Nashua, N.H.; and three grandchildren.
