Cleona “Cleo” (Sprout) Vandruff, age 89, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at Clearwater United Methodist Church, 130 N. First, Clearwater.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Vandruff; parents, Joe and Veronica (Becker) Sprout; son, Kenneth Vandruff; and siblings, Charles Sprout, Lawrence Sprout, Jon Sprout, and Marilyn Truex.

She is survived by her children, Trina (Mike) Hoover of Conway Springs, and Billie (Neal) Garrett of Double Oak, Texas; daughter-in-law, Tammy Vandruff of Wichita; grandchildren, Melissa (Andrew) Meyer, Sara (Tyler) White, and Garrett (Lexi) Hoover; and great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Karli Meyer, Sutton and Rhett White, Isla, Waylon, and Haddie Hoover.
