Dorma L. (Smith) Charles, age 82, of Clearwater, retired Bombardier Learjet data analyst, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 25, with family present, 1-3 p.m., and services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 26, both at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater.

Dorma Lee (Smith) Charles was born on Tuesday, Aig. 20, 1940, in Wichita, to her parents, Walter Dorman Smith and Genevieve (Harvey) Smith. She was united in marriage to Frank W. Charles on Feb. 14, 1979 in Wichita.

She was preceded in death by her son, Walter Scott; parents, Walter and Genevieve (Harvey) Smith; and brother, Farold Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Frank; children, Frank Charles of Wichita, Denise Drescher of Wichita, and Darren (Denise) Scott of Titusville, Fla.; sister, Connie (Frank) Gallegos of Wichita; and grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
