Edgie Boyd Scott, age 90, of Haysville, passed away, Friday, March 21, 2025.

Visitation will be 1-8 p.m., with family present from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, March 27, at Shinkle Mortuary, Haysville. Service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, March 28, at 47th Street Church of Christ, Wichita.

Boyd was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Mary Deronda Scott; sons, Steven and David Scott; parents, Calvin and Olli Scott; and siblings, Reba and Dean Scott. He is survived by his children, Debbie Ward of Colorado, Russell (Colleen) Scott of Albany, Texas, Melinda Cardillo of Wichita, and Randy (Jeana) Scott of Wichita; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
