Jack H. Slade, age 91, of Wichita, passed away Monday, July 6, 2026.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 17, at Shinkle Mortuary, 146 N. Lamar Ave, Haysville.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha Slade, and mother, Ruby Slade. He is survived by his daughter, Terena (Timothy) Barkley of Haysville, and grandchildren, Gina, Emalee, and Isaiah.
