James Lee Heiman
James Lee Heiman, 64, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026, at his home in Conway Springs.
Jimmy was born April 25, 1962, in Wichita, to Larry and Dorothy (Dodd) Heiman. He grew up in Towanda, and graduated from Circle High School with the class of 1981. He began working for Towanda Well Service on a pulling unit.
He was united in marriage to Carie Dunn and to this union a daughter, Priscilla, was born.
Jimmy later married Sharon Ann “Tubby” (Peak) Bergman in July 2000 at Wichita. They made their home in Conway Springs following their marriage. Tubby passed away on Jan. 22, 2014.
Jimmy worked for NOWAK Construction Company for more than 20 years and ultimately became a job foreman.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Conway Springs.
Jimmy also was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Christopher Heiman.
He is survived by daughters, Priscilla Heiman and Jamie Kempke both of Conway Springs, and Kimberly Johnston and husband Kelly of Parsons; half-brothers, Kelly Cody, Robert Cody, Richard Cody, and Brian Heiman; five grandchildren, Aidan, Victoria, Conner, Aisley, Ezekio; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 24, both at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Clonmel. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Conway Springs.
