Jay M. Ford, 47, died Feb. 12, 2025 at his home at St. Marks.

He was born Nov. 24, 1977, in Wichita, the son of LeeRoy and Gail Hageman Ford. A longtime St. Marks resident, he was an owner/operator of his own auto-body repair shop as well as his own snow removal/lawn care business.

Jay was a member of the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Whitney, Ella and Torie Ford; his parents, LeeRoy and Gail; and sisters, Stacie Ford, and Tonnia Schickel and her husband Conan; and several nieces, nephews and godchildre,n along with numerous friends.

A parish rosary at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church and a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Leo Catholic Church will be announced at a later date.
