Food hall to debut at Kansas Star
SUMNER COUNTY – Kansas Star Casino has announced that it will unveil the new Star Market Food Hall this month.
The food hall will feature four fast-casual dining brands with 140 seats. The brands are 35 Brew Street, Stella Bistro, Asian Noodle and Taqueria Buena. The food hall is scheduled to hold a grand opening on March 6.
35 Brew Street will offer freshly brewed coffee, pastries and heat-and-service sandwiches available early and late night. Menu highlights include a pulled pork sandwich with mango habanero barbecue sauce and coleslaw, the Big Boy grilled cheese sandwich with five cheeses, and an Asian chicken salad.
Stella Bistro will offer Italian and regional flavors in a fast-casual setting.
It will be open for lunch and dinner. The menu will include pizza by the slice, plus sandwiches, strombolis and salads.
The menu at Asian Noodle will include Kung Pao chicken, beef pho, and stir-fried bowls and noodles.
Taqueria Buena will focus on tacos, carne asada and al pastor plates, burrito bowls, churros and tres leches.
The Star Market Food Hall will be open 8 a.m. to 3 a.m., with each restaurant having its own hours.

The casino is located on the Sumner-Sedgwick county border, sitting between Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 81, near Peck. It is six miles south of Haysville.
