Linda Lou (Lewis) Graber, 85, entered into the presence of our Lord and Savior on June 22, 2026.

Linda was born on Aug. 25, 1940, in Fort Edward, N.Y., to William Barry Lewis and Hildreth (Stewart) Lewis. She graduated from Argyle High School in 1958.

Linda married the love of her life, the Rev. Franklin J. Graber, at the First Presbyterian church in North Argyle, N.Y. Together they answered God’s call to ministry and faithfully served churches for more than 40 years. As a devoted pastor’s wife, Linda faithfully supported her husband’s ministry with grace, compassion, and unwavering dedication. She was a gifted musician who played both the piano and organ for worship services and directed church choirs for many years. Through her music and faithful service, she helped lead countless congregations in worship and touched the lives of many with her servant’s heart.

Linda’s life was centered on her faith in Jesus Christ, her love for her family, and her commitment to serving others. She was known for her gentle spirit, quiet strength, kindness, and unwavering faith. Whether welcoming others into her church family, encouraging those in need, or sharing her musical talents, Linda reflected Christ’s love in all she did. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, devotion, and selfless service that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, the Rev. Franklin J. Graber; her parents, William Barry Lewis and Hildreth (Stewart) Lewis; and her brother, Philip Lewis, who passed away in 2025.

She is survived by her children, Tamra Gigstad of Brookings, Ore., Timothy Graber of Wichita, Steven Graber of Branson, Mo., Mark Graber of Wichita, and David Graber of Haysville. She also is survived by her grandchildren, Laina Schmidt of Crescent City, Calif., Tommy Gigstad of Brookings, Ore., Benjamin Graber of Kansas City, Mo., the Rev. Jeffrey Graber of Wichita, Jason Graber of Hutchinson, Rashell Gupilan of Wichita, Yamir Lozada of Bel Aire, and Daniel Graber of Wichita. She is further survived by her nephew and niece, Philip Barry Lewis II of Eagle, Idaho, and Elizabeth Palmer of Ocala, Fla.; numerous great-grandchildren; extended family members; and many dear friends whose lives were enriched by her faith, kindness, and musical ministry.

Linda will be remembered for her steadfast faith, her loving heart, and the quiet strength with which she lived her life. She found joy in serving her family, her church, and her Lord, and her example of faithful Christian living will continue to inspire those who were blessed to know her. While her family grieves her passing, they rejoice in the assurance that she is now reunited with her beloved husband and is forever at peace in the presence of the Savior she faithfully served throughout her life.

“Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” – Matthew 25:23
