Body SUMNER COUNTY – The Sumner County 4-H Council will hold a cookie jar auction during the Wheat Festival Picnic in The Park The picnic will start at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 10. The 4-H Council will use the funds from this auction to help conduct 4-H activities during the 4-H year.
