Todd and ‘Chuck’ wow crowd

May family earns Sedgwick County Conservation Award

Body Soil conservation has become a family tradition for Pete May and his family. That tradition and those efforts have been recognized by the Sedgwick County Conservation District, which honored the May family recently with its 2025 Conservation Award.

Dilts family wins Urban Conservation Award

Body Brad Dilts knows the importance of the soil as a farmer. Dilts and his wife, Tiffany, own and operate Serenity Farm near Sedgwick – and their dedication to soil conservation has earned them the 2025 Urban Conservation Award from the Sedgwick County Conservation District.
