TSnews CHENEY – No, students in Sedgwick and Sumner counties weren’t in the path of a total eclipse on Monday afternoon, but in several cases they certainly made the most of the situation. At Cheney High School, science teacher Bill Block was determined to make as much out of the “partial” situation as possible.
