County intersection becomes 4-way stop

Body Staff report TSnews SEDGWICK COUNTY – A busy intersection in western Sedgwick County has been changed to a four-way stop as of this week. As of Tuesday, the intersection at 167th Street West (Colwich Road) and 21st Street North has been changed to a four-way stop.

New owner carries on legacy

Emerald City Chorus to host a guest night

Body Brianna Barnes TSnews GODDARD – If you have had an itch to sing, Emerald City Chorus (ECC) has a tea party for you. This Goddard-based choir is inviting people to “TEA with ECC.” This guest night will be at the Goddard Church on Monday, 7 to 9:30 p.m.

CSHS students earn semester, year honors

Body CONWAY SPRINGS – Students at Conway Springs High School have earned both semester honors and academic honors, which were recently released by the school. Students earning semester honors have a 3.5 or higher grade-point average for the spring 2025 semester.

Customers may see water pressure drop

Body CHENEY – Cheney Fire Rescue and the City of Cheney Maintenance department have begun flushing hydrants throughout Cheney. Water customers may notice lower water pressure and temporary slight discoloration of their water.
