TSnews GODDARD – The Goddard senior center got a boost in funding for 2025, thanks to action taken by the city council at its meeting Monday. The council unanimously approved $46,000 in funding for the center in 2025.

This program was a big success its first time around in the Cheney School District, and Chamber members heard a presentation for a new round of the training event this school year.

CONWAY SPRINGS – The first pair of Artists of the Month have been named at Conway Springs High School. Two students are recognized each month during the school year, and their works are displayed publicly.

Argonia pays for fire department invoices

TSnews ARGONIA – Council members approved paying several invoices for the Argonia-Dixon Township Fire Department. The invoices included $1,377.16 for racking compartments on the fire truck, $980 for repairs to the air conditioner at the fire barn, and $348 for the ice machine at the fire barn.
