Body CLEARWATER – Students in Clearwater USD 264 will get to start summer vacation early. Earlier this week, superintendent Chris Cooper made the announcement that summer will start sooner than expected.

Body CLEARWATER – A unique set of circumstances is leading Clearwater teacher Debbie Lukert to the White House this summer. Lukert has earned one of just 30 spots nationally in the 2023 White House History Teacher Institute.

Body TOPEKA – Senate Bill 3, a bipartisan bill signed April 7 by Gov. Laura Kelly, designates the Silvisaurus Condrayi as Kansas’ official state land fossil.

Body HAYSVILLE – An 18-year-old woman from Haysville has been identified after a one-car fatality crash early Sunday. Madison Dahl died in the crash, which happened shortly after midnight on Sunday, according to information from the Wichita Police Department.
