Local youths shine at National Kids Pedal Pull

Woofter to retire as Cheney schools chief

Ingredients 1 cup butter 3 cups brown sugar 4 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick oats 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 10 ounces cinnamon baking chips Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
