Haysville voters to have say on bond issue

HAYSVILLE – Tuesday is election day for voters in the USD 261 Haysville School District boundaries. On the ballot is a $79.725 million bond that would provide money for a long list of expensive improvements at buildings across the district.

Where to vote

Advance voting is available at the Sedgwick County Election Office, 510 N. Main, Suite 101, in Wichita.

Goddard approves Hawkins Lane annexation

GODDARD – The Goddard City Council voted at its March 25 meeting to annex Hawkins Lane, which is the dirt road that leads visitors to Tanganyika Wildlife Park. The city has discussed this annexation for several years.

6 Years Ago The Campus High bowling teams earned several statewide honors this week. The Colts recently swept the Class 6A girls and boys titles, which was just the second time the same school has won both titles in the same school year.
