TSnews At Monday night's regular city council meeting for December, Haysville City Council members adopted a trio of ordinances. Ordinance 1134 contains a number of additions, deletions and changes encompassing a variety of city codes.

With a dominating 41-6 victory over the Centralia Panthers, the Conway Springs Cardinals football team has added a new chapter to its already impressive history. Saturday’s Class 1A State championship win in Hutchinson was the ninth State title in program history, coming 26 years after the first one.

Another round of community holiday events are planned for Saturday. Clearwater will get an early start and go throughout the day, Argonia will host afternoon and evening festivities, and Cheney and Haysville will have their annual celebrations starting in the late afternoon.
