A severe thunderstorm moved through south-central Kansas on Saturday night, causing significant damage in several places. On the Dalbom Dairy Farm just outside Viola, half of the roof on an equipment barn was torn off.

CONWAY SPRINGS – Biking Across Kansas came to Conway Springs last week on Tuesday evening, as hundreds of bicyclists made the city their home for one night. They were welcomed with open arms, as the community put together a big event at Central Park.
