Carmen Smith, plumber, was severely burned while working at the Miller Harper home south of town late Monday evening. He had mixed an acid solution used in thawing or cleaning drain pipes, etc. He slipped and fell, causing the solution to slop and hit him in the face, causing some very bad burns.
