TSnews GODDARD – As part of its meeting on Monday, the Goddard City Council held a public hearing about establishing a Community Improvement District as part of the Hawkins Lane project. There is no direct cost to the city for the CID, which will allow construction of an electric system, street lighting improvements, and a giraffe water fountain cultural amenity at Tanganyika Wildlife Park.
