GODDARD – The ad hoc water committee for the City of Goddard will hold its next meeting on Monday. The meeting will be at 7 p.m.

CONWAY SPRINGS – Two students have been named as the January artists of the month at Conway Springs High School. Amelia Meyers, a junior and Art 2 student, was selected for her mixed media creation, “Face.” It is on display at the Conway Springs city office.

HAYSVILLE – Celebrate Kansas Day with a free Kansas Day potluck luncheon at the Haysville Community Library. The luncheon will begin at noon this Saturday in the library's Community Room.

WICHITA – The public is invited on Sunday to celebrate 164 years of Kansas statehood with local musicians and poets.
