Body From August 1941 Charlie Walker, one of the outstanding “characters” of Argonia, will complete his service as a rural mail carrier on Saturday of this week and will retire. On Feb. 1, Mr. Walker completed his 35 years as a carrier, and he celebrated his 65th birthday on August 10.
