10 Years Ago Eleven-year-old Clearwater twins Kadi and Abbey McDonough are the only known set of fraternal twins to have the rare genetic disorder Emmanuel Syndrome. The girls, who also have Cerebral Palsy, cannot walk or talk yet and are most often fed through a feeding tube.
