ARGONIA – The Argonia City Council took on a new look on Monday night. Two longtime members, Bob Randall and Don Phillips, both submitted their resignations since the council last met a month ago.

CONWAY SPRINGS – With the completion of the 2022-23 school year, school officials at Conway Springs High School have released their end-of-theyear honors. The first list is the principal's honor roll for the second semester.

CONWAY SPRINGS – Members of the Conway Springs City Council continued to add more agenda items for this week's council workshop as they tackled their regular meeting last week. At their regular meeting earlier in May, council members approved setting a workshop for 5:30 p.m.

TSnews Last fall, recent Argonia High School graduate Max Siegmann arrived at Eisenhower National Airport to start his year as a foreign exchange student. The Hamburg, Germany, native found that he needed a few minutes to collect himself before going out to meet his new host family.

ARGONIA – Argonia High School and Argonia Junior High School have named honor roll students for the second semester of the 2022-23 school year. Students earning a grade-point average of 3.7 and higher were named to the “A” honor roll.

Kansas State Research and Extension will hold a tractor safety class for 14and 15-year-olds. The class will start at 8:30 a.m.

With the end of the 2022-23 school year, Conway Springs Middle School has released the names of the honor roll students for the fourth quarter of the year. Students were named either to the honor roll or were named honorable mention.

CONWAY SPRINGS –Prompted by some observations from a local resident, members of the Conway Springs City Council last week agreed to hold a workshop later this month to look at city codes in the community.
