USD 261 approves union deal, sets raises

Body The winners have been chosen in the TSnews July 4 coloring contest. The winners are Kinley Boswell, age 7, from Wichita; Hustin Brown, 7, from Conway; and Cam Pauly, 5, from Conway Springs. Each winner received a prize package.
