Body TSnews CLEARWATER – During a 15-minute meeting on April 22, the Clearwater City Council voted unanimously to annex remaining property that makes up the Clearwater Cemetery. The council also held a brief discussion regarding controlled burns in Hammers Prairie Park.

Body TSnews GODDARD – A chance meeting at the Goddard Senior Center has led to love for two Sedgwick County residents. Gary Herrman and Carolyn (Weeks) Herrman met last October, and soon hit it off.

Body TSnews Jerry Peitz, who has given many years of service to the volunteer Cheney Fire Department – most recently as fire chief – has retired from the fire department after 32 years.
