TSnews GODDARD – The city council at its meeting Monday denied a rezoning request that would have added more duplexes in the city. MKEC Engineering submitted an application to rezone approximately 47 acres at the northeast corner of 183rd Street West and Maple, from the current zoning of single family residential (R1) to high density residential (R4).
