TSnews CONWAY SPRINGS – Noting their efforts to be financially responsible, city officials applauded the chance to work with the City of Wellington after the Conway Springs City Council last week approved a three-part agreement with Wellington Fire and EMS to take over local EMS operations. Representatives from the City of Wellington were on hand for the meeting, as City Council members reviewed the agreement and then voted unanimously to approve it.
