Following are next week’s menus for Friendship Meals and Meals on Wheels in both Sedgwick County and Sumner County. A change was made recently, and there are now different menus for Sedgwick County and Sumner County.

TSnews The Goddard Lions Club annual Community Thanksgiving Feast will be Nov. 9 at the Goddard Church Wesley Fellowship Hall.

TSnews McCurdy Auction is handling the sale. The building is one of the oldest in Goddard, having been built in 1927.

TSnews Clearwater High School has been rehearsing its version of Big Fish since September, and the show opens this weekend. This is the high school edition of the musical by John August and Andrew Lippa, which in turn is based on the novel by Daniel Wallace.

TSnews CONWAY SPRINGS - The Conway Springs High School production of 'The House of Thrills and Chills' by Michael Druce is on Nov. 11 at 7 p.m.

TSnews Argonia High School’s double-feature productions of “10 Ways to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse” by Don Zolidis and “All I Ever Learned I Learned from Being a Zombie” by Jason Pizzarello hits the stage on Nov. 4.

The Cold Weather Rule, designed to help Kansans who are behind on their utility payments avoid disconnection during the winter months, began on Nov. 1 and will remain in effect through March 31.
