TSnews HAYSVILLE – As quickly as one coffee company announced its closing, another one has taken over the spot. Last Friday, an online announcement was made notifying coffee drinkers that Buffalo Brew Coffee Company's Haysville's location had closed.

CONWAY SPRINGS – Starting last December, Conway Springs High School art students are competing with each other monthly. Two winners are chosen, one by staff members at CSHS, and one by the art students.

ARGONIA – It's homecoming week at Argonia schools. The Argonia Raiders take on the Flinthills Mustangs this Friday, starting with girls varsity at 6 p.m., followed by boys varsity.

TSnews GODDARD – New dedicated turn lanes at 183rd Street West and US54 Highway took another step closer to reality at Monday’s Goddard City Council meeting. The council approved a contract with TranSystems for field services for the project in the amount of $96,888.69.

CLEARWATER – How far is it from Clearwater, Kansas to Nashville, Tennessee? Ask Addie House and she'll tell you it's just a short tractor ride. That “tractor ride” can be a little bumpy, but House, a 22-year-old native of Clearwater, isn't afraid of the drive.

From February 1951 The Youth Group of the local churches were guests of the Youth Group of Viola Sunday evening in the United Presbyterian church. The Conway Springs group gave the lesson and worship service and the Viola group the recreation and refreshments. Twenty-three attended from here.
