Staff report TSnews Historical re-enactors and interpreters are setting up camp in Riggs Park for the Living History Rendezvous, offering visitors the chance to step back in time and learn about how men and women lived on the 19th-century American frontier. The Rendezvous encampment will be open on Friday from 9 a.m.
