Grants available for upperlevel housing on Main streets

Body The State of Kansas is offering $250,000 for the Residential Opportunities On Main Street (ROOMS) grant program, to support new upper-floor housing in commercial buildings. The buildings must be in Designated Kansas Main Street Communities.
