Ingredients 1 pound linguine pasta 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons butter, divided 1 small onion, diced 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, cut into half-inch pieces 10 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes 1 cup vegetable stock or dry white wine 8 cloves garlic, diced 1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 teaspoons dried basil 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes salt and pepper, to taste 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach, cut into ribbons.
