TSnews Kendall Baggs of Conway Springs won grand champion with a welded horseshoe reindeer at the Sumner County 4-H Fair. The project is a combination of Kendall’s love of horses and metalworking.

TSnews GODDARD – John Dugan is a fixture in the city of Goddard, having been behind numerous developments that have triggered the city’s recent growth. He has had a hand in the Goddard Galleria commercial corridor along US-54 Highway and has donated land to the city for the south frontage road outside the Genesis development.

TSnews HAYSVILLE – The 2024 budget for the city of Haysville won formal approval at Monday’s city council meeting. The council held two public hearings prior to the vote.

The Sumner County Health Department is hosting a Community Baby Shower in Wellington on Sept. 16.
