Goddard’s Smith continues to serve his country

TSnews GODDARD – Family connections and pride in his country helped lead Matthew Smith to served his country in the United States Navy. Smith, the owner of Knuckles Automotive in Goddard, was an active-duty member of the U.S Navy from 2009 to 2019.

Conway Springs man serves alongside dad

TSnews Dustin Martin of Conway Springs is a member of the Kansas Army National Guard. Since signing up during his senior year of high school in December 2014, he has served alongside his father Doug Martin.
Dustin Martin followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the military. He and his father, Doug, are both members of the Kansas Army National Guard. They were deployed togther to Kuwait and to Iraq in 2018. Contributed photo
