Haysville to try do-over on sales tax

Body TSnews HAYSVILLE – Leaders in the city of Haysville are hoping the second time around on a sales tax vote will bring more favorable results. The city is holding a special election on May 7 to consider renewing a 1 percent sales tax that has been in effect for the past 10 years.

Art lovers convene in Clearwater

Body TSnews CLEARWATER – A slightly windy but otherwise pleasant evening greeted art lovers as they came to Clearwater for the annual Art Walk last Friday. Visual artists, crafters and musicians populated several locations along Ross Avenue in downtown Clearwater.
