TSnews GODDARD – An apartment complex is in the works at the Goddard Sports Complex. It’s one of several projects being pursued within the Goddard STAR bond district by Genesis Health Clubs owner Rodney Steven II.

CONWAY SPRINGS – With a new 2-percent sales tax for the city that has been tagged for street improvements in the community, members of the Conway Springs City Council set some wheels in motion for those improvements at their February meeting.

7 Years Ago The Campus Colts Swim To A Wish team exceeded its fundraising goal, raising more than $11,000 for the Kansas Make-A-Wish Foundation over the weekend. Make-A-Wish grants “wishes”- often family cruises or theme park trips- to seriously ill children.

HAYSVILLE – A royal tea will be held on Saturday, March 2, in the Campus High School commons. The royal tea will run 11 a.m.

GODDARD – After months of work, the Goddard Community Center is set to reopen. A ribbon cutting and open house will take place Monday from 5 to 7 p.m.

CHENEY – Trey Bryan Patterson of Cheney was among 1,159 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during commencement exercises Dec. 15 and 16 at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
