Body GODDARD – Eisenhower BPA students represented EHS and the state of Kansas at the highest possible levels last week in Anaheim, Calif. There were 6,482 students in attendance, with 21 from Eisenhower.

Body CHENEY – A special musical moment happened at Cheney High School last week. Band members in grades 6-12 and select high school choir members debuted a piece called “Espacio,” which was written by CHS senior Lauren Lofton.

Body Elvis Gregg, a junior at Argonia High School, has been named Raider of the Month for May 2023.

Body TSnews HAYSVILLE – The Haysville City Council approved a water supply and treatment study at Monday’s monthly meeting. “Water is arguably the most important commodity to a community and its growth,” public works director Tony Martinez told the council.

Body TSnews GARDEN PLAIN – During a brief city council meeting on May 3, members of the Garden Plain City Council conversed with engineers from Kirkham Michael about stormwater drainage and sewer capacity issues in the city.
