Body TSnews GARDEN PLAIN – During a brief city council meeting on May 3, members of the Garden Plain City Council conversed with engineers from Kirkham Michael about stormwater drainage and sewer capacity issues in the city.

Body The commencement exercises of the four schools of Vinita Township will be held at Vinita Hall on May 6, commencing at 6 o’clock. The teachers, Miss Abbye Matson, Laura Butler, Maude Butler, and Mary Palmer, are closing a successful year of schoolwork.

Body 3B’s Bar and Grill is now open at 8721 S. Broadway, in the former home of Char Broil House. Janelle Brewer, who co-owns and manages the establishment, is a firsttime small business owner who has worked previously as a bartender, including across the street at Uncle Sam’s Bar.
