Body TSnews The Conway Springs Cardinals girls basketball team enters the postseason on a roll after downing Medicine Lodge 59-31 last Friday to wrap up the regular season. “The girls have finished the season with two great wins,” Conway Springs coach Brett Gunderson said.

Body TSnews The Garden Plain Owls girls basketball team won at Chaparral last Friday, beating the Roadrunners 50-36. Chaparral opened the game with a trio of 3-point baskets, and quickly took a 12-5 lead over the Owls.

Body TSnews The Campus girls will go into the Class 6A State bowling tournament as favorites to defend their title, following their regional victory on Monday at Liberal. The Colts bowled 3009 as a team, beating fellow State qualifiers Wichita Northwest (2844) and Derby (2449).

Body TSnews Dylan Patterson added to his medal collection, winning gold in both of his individual races at last week’s Class 5-1A State swimming and diving championship, held in Lenexa’s at the Shawnee Mission School District Aquatic Center.
