TSnews The Argonia Raiders boys basketball team halted a two-game losing streak last week as the Raiders headed to Udall and took a 47-36 win over the host Eagles. “The boys getting back on the winning side was big for us as we enter our toughest part of the schedule,” Argonia coach Morgan Grippin said.

Colts sting Hornets on second-half comeback

TSnews The Campus Colts girls basketball team – coming off of two straight losses – started poorly in last Friday’s home game against the Valley Center Hornets. But it was the Hornets who were stinging after the Colts put together a great second-half comeback to win 55-47 on winter homecoming night.

Lady Indians win two more

TSnews The Clearwater Indians girls basketball team earned two more big wins last week, rallying for a 34-32 overtime win last Tuesday at Circle and taking another win last Friday at Winfield. “Those were two big wins that the girls definitely had to earn every bit of,” Clearwater coach Maygan Doll said.
