SEDGWICK COUNTY – An arrest was made over the weekend in Harper County related to an alleged domestic-related aggravated battery. The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office reported that the incident happened early Friday morning.

HAYSVILLE – Haysville Public Schools will host its annual community retreat on Friday, July 31. The event will run 8 a.m.

CHENEY – The Cheney City Council approved a proposed budget at its July 13 meeting. The meeting was rescheduled from July 8 to avoid conflict with the Sedgwick County Fair.
